Who's Gordon?? Well, to start with, I'm the author of this website. I was born in 1939 so I've obviously been around for a little while to say the least. I'm lucky enough to have been married to the greatest
girl in the world since 1977. We're grandparents to four
grandchildren and one granddoggy. I'm well past retirement age
but there's no way I'm ever going to 'retire', I'm having way too
much fun!
Speaking of grandchildren, if you'd like to listen to something I consider amazing, just click on the "music" link and the very botton of this page. As a proud grandfather I think I have legitimate bragging rights of course but, musically trained folks we know have called these four Easter songs "absolutely amazing".
One of the things I believe in very strongly is helping others and I spend a lot of time doing just that. It's a great way to live.
I've played around with cameras and computers for a lot of my life. I've been a successful photographer and photofinisher among other things.
I recently connected with a network marketing company called ForeverGreen and it's helping me to help others big time! I hope you're not turned off by network marketers. I've discovered for myself that the good ones are one heck of a lot more honest than the big drug companies!
The main reason I did this is because I appreciate good health and the importance it is to me and my family. I've discovered over the years that good health doesn't mean the same thing to everyone.
Sorry to say, I've personally pretty much given up on the medical profession. From what I can see, their education is severely lacking in that doctors (for the most part at least) are taught only about two main subjects - pharmaceuticals and surgery. Most of the ones I know personally don't seem to want to look beyond what they've been taught in school. And that's too bad because a lot has happened in terms of what has been learned about energy in the body in the last five or so years that they'll never learn about unless they open their minds.
Dr. Jerry Tennant, a widely respected Dallas, Texas physician, wrote in his latest book "Healing Is Voltage" that "When we doctors go to medical school we are taught basic physiology the first year. The second year we are taught what goes wrong with the body.
"The third and fourth years we are taught to forget most of the first two years and memorize symptom complexes as "diseases". We are then taught which drugs cover up the symptoms of these diseases. When that doesn't work we are taught to attempt to remove the offending part."
Sounds about right from my personal experience with doctors. and "medicine".
Just as a side note, I understand Dr. Tennant's book has been accepted by two medical schools as a text book. I have a copy and I highly recommend it as a 'must' for every home. If you want one, please let me know. I think they're about (US)$125 and well worth the price!
I've gathered several talks by several medical professionals on the subject of how to get healthy and how to stay that way. I'm putting up a web page where you can listen to them. If you'll leave me your name and email address I'll send you the link when it's ready. I promise I'll never share this information with anyone...ever! |
